The Sierra Leone Ministry of Sports has complained to the Vice President of the Democratic Republic of Congo FA, Theobald Binamingu, over US14, 000 given to him in Lubumbashi to purchase air tickets and pay other travelling costs for players before the Leone Stars versus DR Congo Africa Cup of Nations qualifier last Wednesday.
