Sierra Leone FA boss Thomas Daddy Brima is optimistic that Leone Stars will win their 2023 Afcon qualifier against Guinea Bissau in Conakry on Monday.
“We’ll go all out to win,” Brima confidently told Sierra Leone Football.com.
He added:”We’ve done all we can as a FA to get the boys well prepared and motivated for the match.
“It’s a must win match for us if we’re to qualify . I have confidence in my team.”
Leone Stars lost to the Super Eagles of Nigeria 2-1 in Abuja on Thursday in their group A opening match while Guinea Bissau walloped Sao Tome & Principe 5-1 at home on the same day.
The two teams are already in Conakry. The match was moved to the Guinean capital city because the Siaka Stevens stadium in Freetown which is under renovation is not up to standard to host the encounter.<\/p>\n
